however the stock looks a little weird on etrade. there is no volume, no bid/ask, no chart. anybody know why

Because its a Pink sheet stock!

If you want to trade the stock directly on the London exchange, you will need a broker like IB (Interactivebrokers.com) that will allow you trade directly on the London exchange.

Anybody know how to short Party stock? Dont think a lot of people are happy with the changes...
