Default 3-handed endgame strategy when blinds high, 5max turbo

I've been playing 5-man turbos at Ongame and doing reasonably well there, but I seem to find myself often losing in third place when top2 gets paid. These 3-handed situations are often the same: blinds are 200 or 300, and stacks are around 2k,2k,2k.

I play these push and fold. Is this the correct strategy and what kind of hand range should I have, any advice?

There is no two lines answer to your question but stay there, read posts, learn and profit.

Most of the time you are push/fold with 10 BB or less. Is it possible that you are not being aggressive enough at that point?
