Meh with me being only 100bb deep i dont see the point, He's oop and def going to be firing again on the river, which makes him pot committed and is obv calling my push.

And why do you only raise 3bb preflop sometimes? That's gotta not be right to alter your sizes pre (only saw it with KK and JJ, do you raise according to your hand?)

Flush hit on the turn, what's he gonna be firing on the river that he's not calling a 3-bet/shoving the turn? Maybe a 4th spade scares his 78o. I just bet and get it in now, I'm not all that interested in getting value from air by just calling the turn.

simple question.. we have AK OOP against a maniac (60/30 type people) who raises PF, do we re-raise or just call against such players with 100BB stacks?

BTW I do think it's a good idea to 4-bet AA/KK here because it does look bluffy and you'll get action from a lot of worse hands, that is if you have any light 3-betting history.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, of course it is. That's why I didn't get your statement "he wouldn't 4-bet with the goods here", and it was not clear to me that this was read-specific.

3xbb is my standard raise preflop, and I didnt quite think about a 4th spade falling and scaring his hand away, thanks for the tip, appreciate it.

Do you still 3 bet turn on rainbow board? or play it as
I did?

General question:

If you open for 3.5BB, a 20BB shorty moves in and it's folded to you, what is your calling range?

The same as your opening range? Do you also call with 22-66?

On a rainbow board I wouldn't mind calling because it's so unlikely that he has a strong enough hand to continue, and I would like to see what he does on the river.

It depends on if he's been pushing lightly before now, but in general 88-AA and AJss+ and I call pretty much any <20bb push
