Flop c/r is standard. I'd hope to get a fold from one of them but I wouldn't hold my breath. If it happened, I'd fire turn and river.
After getting called in two places, I'd c/c a blank turn and probably try to c/r a made hand.

I just can't see the point in a turn bet if you aren't following up on a river blank.
Blanks are pretty hard to come by on this board.
