Default 25nl - Top 2 vs turn c/r

villain is 45.4/10/2.82 over 130 hands

I'm positive I'm ahead of his range but do I raise here or c/c and look to raise the river on a safe card?

looks like a set - but given his PF stats, it could be anything. but i'd call as it could also be AK, AJ, Q8 too. given his loose pf play, i'd call here. VB a safe turn card. he could have a rare FD (clubs) - such as Qc8c. but i'm calling the turn and value betting the river.

i also think we should shove. the river may very well kill your action. SB likes his hand now and will probably stack off. There are a lot of cards on the river that would slow him down.

Agreed. Board became a lot wetter so you need to get the money in now.

Anyone think this guy could have JT? He looks like a real calling station who would chase a gutter.

I kiss my bicep an shove. Lots of worse two pairs do this, plenty of action killers on the river and if he has you beat the money will go in anyway...this way the money will definitely go in when you are ahead also.

I shove. The beauty of bad players is that they often go too far with draws and bad hands so by shoving here and now you get the most money from both. Not even close between shoving and calling here IMO.
