Default raised on the river

Great shorthanded game with a couple really soft spots. UTG and the small blind are both very loose preflop and have a tendency to call down with nearly any part of the board, at least since I've been watching. (Not long, maybe 25ish hands.)

Online 6-handed

UTG limps, MP limps, fold, Button Limps, SB completes, I check the BB w/ 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

5 ways, 5 little bets

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

SB checks, I bet, UTG calls, MP calls, Button calls, SB folds.

4 ways, 4 big bets

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I bet, UTG calls, MP calls, Button calls.

4 ways, 8 big bets

Riviera: T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I bet, UTG raises, MP folds, Button folds.

I realize I'm getting like 100 to 1 to call this, but when was the last time my hand was good in this situation?

You're almost never good here, if you are you probably would've seen something in the last 25 hands that tells you.

Do you think AJ is good here? There is essentially no difference between that hand and this one (because AA-QQ are so unlikely). It's a good fold if you folded it, and I'm a showdown monkey online.

there should be a therorem stating something along the lines of:

"with any board on which you would be behind to JT you should seriously consider open folding in a mulitway pot regardless of previous action and hole cards"

You will beat A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T tho and the pot is big. But then again I am a huge showdown/payoff monkey.

you said utg and sb call down with any part of the board, nothing about them raising.

I think you are good like 0% of the time. This is why I hate the b/f. 11:1.
