That is assuming we see 2 cards. Most will fire on the turn so the equity we get to realize isn't as much. There are also some reverse implied odds involved.

This is HU? If so I fold, his line seems like an overpair and I don't think that all of your outs are clean.

He 3-bet preflop and bet the flop when checked to. I don't know if we should be giving him two Aces just yet.

He doesn't have to have AA to leave us in deep [censored]. Unless Villain's a maniac, the entirety of his preflop range is either beating us or crushing us, and we have no good draws to bail us out.

Check/fold.

First of all, if this is a live game and unknown player I would agree with you. Typical live players 3-bet w/ QQ-AA and sometimes AK.

If it's online, I don't. All pairs and AJ go in, and there are 8 bets in the pot. If it's shorthanded even more hands go in.

A lot of the time I think so, yes.

I'm positive we need to give him more than AA-QQ and AK though. Actually, even if he has exactly that hand range I still think folding the flop getting 8:1 is a mistake, and when you throw in 88-JJ, (which it seems like we have to, right? I mean come on, AA-QQ and AK only?), it seems like an easy 'call and see'.

No.

And OP's listing of himself as UTG+2 means it's full ring. Third to act in a 6-max game would be CO.

So nobody's 3-betting w/ Tens or Jacks anymore?

Why do we even call to take the flop then?
