I guess it depends on your definition of each. It's like 1.7 carats, colorless (D or E), VVS1. You can really tell the difference if you put it next to a more included or less colorless diamond. It catches the light like you wouldn't believe.

um, where do you get a 1.7carat D/E VVS1 for 13000? That sounds outlandish

You know, it might be VS1 now that I think about it, don't have the cert with me. I know the color is D or E. I do have a friend in the business, though.

Not if you realize the cut is subpar (or the papers are faked).

From the quoted light catching comment, it is clear that the poster does not understand what he is talking about. Cut is what matters for that effect, inclusions mean dick there.

OK, I was slightly off. 1.71 carats, E, VS2.

Fake papers and [censored] cut FTW and me for the poor reading comprehension.

one of the many many reasons i love my wife so much and we are a perfect fit...

she couldn't care less about how much her ring cost and actually requested a simple gold band for each of us.

cost for both...$700

i have offered several times to replace it for her in the year and a half we've been married and each time she has declined with responses like "save it for our vacation" or "save it for our house"...
