Default Just how bad is this bluff?

Ok so the people i've asked agree this is bad, or at least river is. But what i want to know is whether this is unjustifiable mega-spew with little or no chance of success or something that we all do now and again that is probably -EV but helps our image etc etc?

Villain is 20/16/3 super-standard TAG, not seen him around much so he's probably recently moved up from $200nl or a new sn. My image should be taggish and in-line also, maybe a little more loose/aggro. Thoughts?

If you put him on a draw, I prefer a 175$ bet on the river.
If you put him on a K, I prefer an open-fold on the river (to not to make a call missclick).
If you put him on J9, that's great

The question is, can you recover mentally and play tight after a bluff like this? This would put me on tilt.

I like your turn play. I'd c/f river because Kx is the worst card to bluff...All the draws missed and whatnot. I would assume he has like KQ or KT or something...perhaps even KJ. Jx might even call this river because the draws bricked and all. I like your idea, but I'd shut down on this river card. If river was Ax or something it'd be a good time to bluff or w/e, especially if it was a club. Rele after he calls turn since his most likely hand is Kx there are like no river cards you can bluff IMO (because he's got top pair at least, with most likely at least a gutshot or something) except for Ax. People never fold ANYTHING so this is spew.

if you're gonna bluff, bet less. He's calling with probably any king no matter how much you bet. If he's drawing, he's folding no matter how much you bet, and if he had bottom 2 pair, he's folding to anything reasonable. Bet $210 and you'll get same results but much more +ev.
