I have been pretty active especially since this is a six handed tourny and villan knows that to some degree.
FTP 100$ 6 handed

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $50/$100
6 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $300</font>, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($650, 2 players)
BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $400</font>, BB calls.

Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($1450, 2 players)
BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $1000</font>, BB calls.

def fold river.... and i typically wont two-barrel here, that just wasnt a good turn to fire again on.

he either has a 9 or a missed club draw, and either way he likely has you beat, so fold

depending on his reraising range, AcTc, AcJc, AcQc, AcKc
obviously I was exaggerating, but his hand also looks like a club draw that turned into top pair, in addition to looking like a 9. You're ahead of most of those aces, but not all of them, and the added (and very significant imo) probability of having a 9 make sthis a fold I think

Yeah, I just find it hard to fold getting 3.5:1, especially with BB's "cab fare" line (which I think makes it more likely he's busted somehow). I think you're wrong a lot but you only have to be right something like 23% of the time.

The turn bet is what really makes this hand a total mess.

I bet the turn because i felt there was a higher chance than normal that he was getting frusterated with me and would float with crap

That's giving the villain a very specific amount of credit (smart and observant enough to decide to make a play at you, but dumb enough to go about it with a check-call OOP float on a draw-heavy board).
