lol. this is an intro to probability theory class. and yes this question was obnoxiously easy but it was posed to explain the concept of EV. also, i goto carnegie mellon, not an ivy league but certainly not a community college. holla

FWIW at the end of this question i wrote "and yell SHIP THE POT" too bad the professor doesn't grade the HW's
