Nice brag OP. Warning - do not lose with quads while sitting in that chair, the left armrest screws that attach to the seat will snap off (I have/had the same chair obv).

$1025/month + utils, in Rochester, NY... Basically I was looking for an upscale loft style apartment, and saw plenty for closer to $1500 that weren't as nice as this one.

awesome place redcashion, that's similar looking to what i want to get in vegas. that couch looks uncomfortable as [censored] though [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Thanks Tim.. The couch is definitely more style than function, but I've got the super comfy red chair and giant bean bag chair for when I want to relax and play video games or watch a movie. The couch is good for when people are over tho, although people can sometimes be too afraid of it to sit on it.
