Its unfortunate, but I think you are just going to have to get your ass kicked. Its your sister, and a 40 year old is running a pump and dump on her.
FWIW, try a sneak attack with a kick to the groin or a beer bottle to the head. Additionally, don't expect your sister to understand. She will hate you, of course. This is a lose-lose situation. Please post pics after you get destroyed.
