Default $650 Sat - A lot of action with bottom set early

I've been semy-quiet since it started, played a few good hands, showed QQ vs JJ earlier vs vilain.

Here goes the hand:

I elected to raise from button to get a bigger pot if I hit my set and I also have position which will make the hand easy to play.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) internettexasholdem.com

CO (t2380)
Hero (t2650)
SB (t2360)
BB (t3030)
UTG (t1960)
UTG+1 (t2370)
MP1 (t2750)
MP2 (t2800)
MP3 (t2290)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
2 folds, MP1 calls t20, 3 folds, Hero raises to t80, SB calls t70, 1 fold, MP1 calls t60.

Flop: (t260) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets t150, SB calls t150, MP1 folds.

Turn: (t560) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets t420, Hero calls t420.

River: (t1400) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets t1710 (All-In), Hero ?

I have absolutely no idea what I'm supposed to think. My initial guess is 88. Called on the flop since it was a small overpair, then hit his set on turn and try to get value from a high PP from me. He could also have a straight. I guess two pairs is possible also. Could he have 67 or 78 and missed his draw...he would still have a pair so he should try to get to showdown cheaply. Can he be on a pure bluff?

easiest call in history on the river. Also I would have definitely raised the turn, there are a lot of ugly cards that could come.

I know that I missplayed the turn. My bad!

Let's talk about the river: In a normal tourney it's easy, but ths is a $650 buy-in AND the guy shoves almost 100 BBs. What do you put him on if it's that easy of a call?

I don't put him on something that beats 22 enough so that calling isn't correct.
