It's hard to find any major differences. I think 10NL is so much like 25NL, 25NL is a lot like 50NL, and now 100NL seems to be a lot like 50NL. But obviously 10NL is nothing like 100NL. There are gradual changes, but nothing drastic between levels.

I am a member of CR. I dont seem to get as much out of the videos as other people do. It FEELS like they are usually all the same. Play tight, aggressive in position. That is what I am doing. I think through what hands will call me that I beat and so on. I am not sure if this is just a normal downswing or what. I know I have leaks, but I usually seem to do ok.

I am pretty much the exact same. I am a CR member, watched lots of videos, but my game doesn't seem to have improved. Think i am still making alot of mistakes though.

take this how you might, but i believe this describes the average uNL player...probably even up to 200nl.

playing too passive postflop - you probably aren't getting the max value when you can, you probably arne't making peple fold better hands when you can. Timed agression and spot picking are key. I find that people either call too much or fold too much, you have to add in more raising/betting to offset what you are doing too much of.

I need a coach/mentor. Any one interested please PM me. I can pay for coaching.

[/ QUOTE ]

imo, you aren't going to be able to afford decent coaching unless you are spending more than your roll.

***Not a coaching advert***

That's not completely true. I agree if you go with the top level coaches and you play NL50 you're gonna pay alot in relationship to your bankroll. But, there should be a middle ground that you can afford to get you to SSNL so that you can build up a roll there and then afford that type of coaching. I charged a buy-in per coaching session for NL50 players back when I coached a bit and I think that's a fair price for them, with the purpose of getting them up to SSNL.

It has a lot to do with your mindset imo.

Dunno what you play, but NL10 is easy to beat.
You can be a winningplayer only by table selection and playing JJ+, AJs+. They dont recognize how tight you are, etc.
