The change from month 3 to month 6 is insane. He's got a really weird physique now, I can't figure out what it is but I'm thinking its some combination of having no traps with a really long neck and small forearms with long arms.

Doug,

Agreed. He's made amazing progress, but it seems now he's trying to bulk and its really not working. He seems to be at the same level for >1 year. Also why are his knee caps offset by like 90 degrees. That seems to be a big cause for concern.

He looks like a 60 year old man in the 4/6/03 pic.

Is it just me or does his physique alter significantly from month to month? Ie he gets much bigger, trims down, bigger etc.

It looks like he ran a couple cycles and starting cutting right after.

His stats over the first six months are amazing. 215lbs, 30% bodyfat, 46" waist to 160.2 lbs, 8% bodyfat, 31.25" waist. Jesus, he's pretty much starving himself though, look at his food logs: http://www.johnstonefitness.com/menu...3_history.html Less than 1000 calories on some days.

I'm uncertain on this. He might be. He does look really bloated in some photos. I wouldn't doubt this though. I wouldn't be suprised if he juiced during his initial cut after hearing the food log.

*Between 4/6 and 5/6 I think he lived on the surface of the sun.

*He looked better/healthier when he was leaner, now he's going to hurt his back and blimp up and ultimately decide to cut weight again all just so he can get back to where he was four years ago.

*When I noticed that he started shaving his legs in early-2005 I felt bad for him, and worse for me because I noticed.

*Summer 2004 = enter The Prozac Years

*His necklace is stupid and it must have > 15 pounds of accumulated dead skin and creatine-sweat in it by now.

bellytimber,

Don't feel weird, I noticed every single one of your points and feel the same way about him looking better/healthier when he was leaner. I couldn't get over the tan he got in 1 month, I couldn't get that dark in 3 months...wtf? I also noticed how the leg hair made a comeback as well.
