Just dont play at night. Play at some sits (ipoker) were the games are always fishy. If you play at night, do something else before you go to bed.

Dreaming about poker is pretty normal, I believe. I don't remember any strange dreams, just usual one, like that I am playing somewhere, some decisions, usually not ones for big pots, which is interesting. If you think about poker all the time, you dream about it also, probably.

I dreamt I was at a poker tournament that got robbed, and I was the only guy who could see that these people were getting their guns ready to rob us, was desperately thinking of how to get out of the situation intact when I woke up.

LOL, there are some funny responses here.

I agree exercising during the day and doing something relaxing right before sleep will help.
I know you want to play, but maybe give yourself 1/2 hr or so. I find it hard to get to sleep at all if I go to bed str8 from multitabling. Maybe use this time to post/watch pokertube, that is what I usually do.

I'm kind of surprised. I think about poker all day long but can't remember having any dreams about it, though I don't remember very many dreams at all. My girlfriend says I appear distraught in my sleep a lot though, so maybe I'm taking bad beats

Why do I have a feeling this isn't true? I'm not calling you a liar, it could easily have happened. I'm actually more interested in what made it seem like a lie.
did anyone else feel like this? i guess it just seems too goofy
fold your 7 didn't make me feel like this at all, though it was hilarious
