Default Prima STOLE $1950 from me!

So I registered with Prima (RedNines), deposited a total of 2050 over a few days, and ran it up to 4000. Cashed out and my acct was blocked. Apparently Australian residents cant play there and due to a GLITCH, I was allowed to join their site. So they say they can only give me back the money I deposited.

What can I do I cant believe this is happening... They are just going to take the money and keep it for them, because they're obv not giving it back to who I won it from!

WTF. That's some glitch. Nice of them to check citizenship so carefully on the withdraw. No glitch there it seems.

Firstly is this "glitch" clearly stated in their T+C's?

Secondly if they are keeping the money you should be absolutely ADAMANT that it is returned to the players who you won it off. Provide HH's if possible.

Seems very harsh and if it is their fault they will have a complaints procedure you should follow. If it does you any good is another matter totally.

Im curious as to whether or not he put an astralian address or country when he signed up.

That most likely is the "glitch" he didnt tell them what country he was from.

However that said it sucks balls and he should get the money.

be thankful they gave the 2k back with out a problem

No, no.

I put my entire address AND contact details in and Prima is aware of this.

That is NOT the so called glitch.

I was ALLOWED to join using my Australian address

_ACTUALLY_
When I put in australia, the state portion changed to show the Australian states to pick from: (NSW, Vic... etc)

Why not player to player transfer everything above your original deposit and then cash out the rest?
