PAHUD??

so i heard PT was hacked but i imagine PA hud is working fine but when I open it, it says I need to update and when I click the link it brings me to
http://www.pokeracesoftware.com/hud/download.php

when I download each file they aren't openable on my computer. aren't installer files supposed to be .exe format?

am i looking for the link in the wrong spot or is PAHUD not working?
