Default NL10 weird play by sb, what do i do?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.02/$0.05 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $4.18
Hero (BB): $12.70
UTG: $3.52
MP: $6.82
CO: $12.06
BTN: $6.96

Preflop: Hero is dealt 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.05, MP calls $0.05, 2 folds, SB calls $0.03, <font color="red">Hero raises to $0.35</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $0.80</font>

I think I would fold here, you cant call for set value against this short stack.

any merit to shoving? although it is obviously a high variance play.

shoving is horrible, you have no fold equity against a limp reraise and in this spot, you'll never be better than a coinflip.
