Default 100nl - AK facing min 4bet

Villain is semi-lag 32/18/1.4 over 180 hands.

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.5/$1
6 players

MP ( $97 )
CO ( $133.95 )
BTN ( $17.2 )
SB ( $318.5 )
HERO ( $139.3 )
UTG ( $44.75 )

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with Ac Kh
2 folds, CO calls $1, 1 fold, SB raises $3, <font color="red">HERO raises $12</font>, CO folds, SB raises $19, Hero...

-------------------------------------------------------
He has 3bet a few times, but this is his first 4bet.

My question is: What is the best line here, flat call or 5bet? If 5bet, should I raise 3.5x - 4x or just shove?

I hate these spots.

I probly call and reeval flop. You're getting too good odds to fold, and you're usually crushed if you push and are called.
