ipoker in SE Asia?

hey guys, i'm thinkin' of heading over to vietnam and thailand for a few months in january and wondering if it's possible to play on the ipoker network in these countries?

also, up to now i've solely deposited/withdrew via neteller.. i'm not sure if neteller is available in those countries, but if not, what are the next best alternatives?
