Default Winning hands folded per 100/bb

This might sound like a bit of a wierd question...

I consider myself a pretty good player , generally my stats are good ( VPIP 26 PF 17 AGG 2.75) i'm also a winning player, anywhere between 1-2 and 10-20,
Anyway to the question, what I consider the main hole in my game is that im a bit of a showdown monkey ( my WTSD is around 40-42 ), I know I should be folding more, but my question to those with WTSD around the 30 %, how often do you find yourself folding winning hands? how often "should" this happen ?( considering that statisticlly it should ocassionally happen)

Thanks

This is a weird question because you won't know if you have folded the best hand unless villain is showing his cards voluntarily. I can say that it is a non-zero percentage of the time.
