how to transfer all my notes to different computer?

i got a new computer and on it i want to have the player notes that i have on my old computer. the only sites in question are stars and full tilt. is there any way to make this transfer?

Copy this file for the PS notes: C:\Program Files\PokerStars\Notes.txt

Don't know about Full Tilt, look around and you should be able to find them as well.

Copy the note files from your old computer to your new one. When you override the files you will lose any new notes you have made.

fulltilt:
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\[playername].dat

pokerstars:
C:\Program Files\Poker Stars\notes.txt
