Default Best way to get into Real estate?

Hello im just wonder about the best way to get into it. Any good books etc. or any other ways?

Best way to get in now would be to save up cash and be ready to put 20% down in a few years.

What do you want to do with real estate?


Where do you see real estate doing for you:

1) 1 year from now
2) 5 years from now
3) 15 years from now
4) 30 years from now

I'd start by doing some research about what your options are. Then decide the types of RE strategies that you think will work with you desire to work at it, your tolerance for risk, etc. Then come back and ask more specific questions about the strategy that you've chosen.
