To me a hit to the knee of a football player is like a car wreck for the rest of us. You can live your whole live as healthy as possible, but there are some situations where it isn't going to make a difference.

We could argue until the end of time about this but I doubt we'd get anywhere.

For the record, Edge planted his knee and his ACL tore, I don't recall him being hit on the play until after the injury.

These things happen in flag football games, the ligiments in one's knee are relitively weak.
