He took a long break this summer, but he used to play the 25/50 FR all the time (this could be what you meant by 'new', though). He's a nit pf but he's def capable of bluffing when he's sensing weakness.

You have to call.

I swear these kind of guys, while playing tight preflop, generally go nuts w/ anything they decide is playable, so I call.

He's a nit and definately a longterm winner at the 25/50 games, considering how tight he is pf i think this is a clear fold. Yes he might be bluffing here some % of the time but there are better spots to talk yourself into calling. Thinking he would push less for value is just nonsense.

He's tight, not nitty. I have him at like 20/15. Plays well too, I'd call.
