Borgata Poker Summer Open , Room Share
Whats up all,
Just booked room at the Borgata for there Summer Poker open....I got the poker room rate on weekdays which is actually cheaper than tourney rate, and then tourney rate weekends....June 13 - 26th Sun-Thurs $99 Fri, Sat...$199,$229 respectivly http://www.theborgata.com/Main.cfm?Category_1=3000 Im lookin for 1 or two people to share room to minimize and make cost more reasonable. Ace - What process did you follow to get the poker rate? I've tried several times but everyone I ever speak with there is generally unhelpful.

Generally how it works at borgata is that u have to have established play to be eligable for poker rate. To get the rate Sun - Thurs is not the hardest although you still need the established play (prob 30+ hours I would guess at 2/5NL or so.... to get the poker rate on weekend is very hard...I would guess you would have to put in 100+ hours at 5/10NL in the last 6 months there. Put it this way, I probably put in 30+ hours at 5/10NL and still am only eligable for the weekday rate.
