Default 200NL - Between a donk and a hard place

Villain is a total donk. He's about 48/8/2 over 40 hands, and we've already tangled several times. His relatively low aggression factor of 2 is misleading, given that he is prone to calling with absolutely any two cards; he has gone crazy spewtard aggro with middle pair before. Here are a couple of hands we have played for history:

HAND #1

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 4 Players

Hero (BTN): $210.90

UTG: $421

Pre-Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $7, SB calls $6, BB folds

River: ($92) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks

SB showed A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (a flush, Queen high) and WON $90 (+$45 NET)

Turn: ($136) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

River: ($350) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: $350 Pot ($3 Rake)
Hero showed 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (a full house, Nines full of Fours) and WON $347 (+$173 NET)
SB showed 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (two pair, Nines and Fours) and LOST (-$174 NET)

In the hand in question here, his turn raise puts me in a really weird spot. On one hand, I'm 95% certain he would have jammed the flop with any ace. On the other hand, a turn raise into two players is a pretty bold, aggressive move, which we all know is the key to no-limit holdem. In the end, given his previous retarded aggression, I figured that he was more likely to have Jx or a heart draw than an ace or a monster, and decided to put it in, but damn, this is an ugly board and an ugly spot. So... thoughts?
