KC was not a consensus pick. The largest consensus pick last week was Pittsburgh according to wagerline.

Is BSP threshold here based on the largest consensus pick each week or any pick with a certain percentage of bettors on Wagerline? The definition in the FAQ isn't precise about this.

It's just the largest consensus pick. The idea is that if enough people are betting one side then the line must be shaded. Wagerline, however, gives a pretty good idea.
