Re: QQ 70bb, standard or spew?
I probably get it in on the flop, but I'm not folding QQ here unless he's the nittiest nit who ever nitted.

Sometimes 4bet pre and sometimes push flop. These kind of players dont get away from mid pairs or AK pre and i am happy to get it in pre against them. Either way the money goes in.

I think I min-4-bet preflop and try to get it in on the flop.

I think I min-4-bet preflop [/ QUOTE ] ?? This seems really bad. It allows him to get away from worse hands and he has odds to call with basically anything. And how much equity do we really have after his min-raise/min-reraise line? |

[/ QUOTE ] Sorry, it's late and I misread just about everything in this hand, including stack sizes and the initial minraise. FWIW, I do think you need to make a decision preflop about getting it all in (and I think we want to get it all in here). I think we see a medium pair or some weird Axs doing this preflop, so I'd definately want to 4-bet to like 25. That gives us about $50 stacks to work with, and about $50 in the pot on the flop. Should be easy enough to get it in from there. |
