the billion dollar bill was from someone who was trying to counterfit them because they didn't know there was no billion dollar bill! lol!

and he had 250 of them in his apartment...

They are serious for sure. They are collectable now and worth much more then face value. My father happens to have a few $10,000 and $1000 bills in a saftey deposit box.
