Rents want me to get "real" job

Well, my parents got a job offer for me from an uncle. Work at a factory for decent pay. The thing is I'm doin well playing poker (hourly rate cant be matched). But looks like my parents just dont want me around the house during the daytime everyday. They think im gettin lazy n sh!t. Sitting on a chair for 6hrs+. So im sure some of you have had this problem, what did you tell them? I'm def not gona take the job, but parents do make a good point im sitting on my ass too much.
