I think it would be a good idea if for a few weeks, everyone that attempts to cash out from UB posts the following information:

1) location (US or Non-US)
2) type of withdrawal (check, epass)
3) amount of withdrawal
4) date requested
5) date received

and if you were subject to a "random" security audit, what were the results.
