Think of it like this. You secured $180, which is good. But you also might have given up a chance for several thousand. You should never play an MTT hoping for the first payout. You will lose money longterm doing this. Only time you should think about folding into the money is in a satellite or if you are so short you have almost no chance of going anywhere in the tourney. If you had like 1000 chips, folding into the money might not be so horrible, but I'm not sure even then.

Im not chiken.I dont get why i have better odds to win tournament with 7k not 4,5k.In both cases i should i have luck. Why just give away 2,5 buy in?

Yes, one blind round is worth this. You might even get called by worse hands. I don't know how else to say it though. This is an auto push and it's not close.

There is about an 8% chance that someone has a higher pair, assuming 5 players behind you. Against the overs you are on the good side of a flip getting odds. You add 30% to your stack alot of times w/o a fight, and a strong hand that fairs well against a caller's range.

You are potentially costing yourself alot more than 2.5 buy-ins.

If you have 7k instead of 4.5k then a double brings you to 14k instead of 9k. You are not just looking at this increase in your stack, but also potential future increases.

oh dear. I mean, if you can't open push with JJ here in MP on the bubble, you need to rethink investing a sizeable period of time in MTTS. I know that sounds mean, but somebody had to say it.
