Default 3/6 Top Two deep mehhhhhhh

Villain is SofiaAlexandra running at 16/12 over a decent sample
Seems a bit passive to me.

I have a very aggro image

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $3/$6 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $599.85
Hero (BB): $1,435.82
UTG: $1,354.85
CO: $156.20
BTN: $577.70

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG raises to $24.00, 3 folds, Hero calls $18.00

Flop: ($51) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $42.00, Hero raises to $141.00, UTG raises to $330.00

Is this an easy fold?
Calling and Pushing both seems bad to me because his range probably has me crushed here but i HATE to fold :<<<<.

I'm folding or calling this raise and c/f later streets. Could someone elaborate of the expectation of the latter as a line in general? Is it usually/always -EV?

I call the flop, primarily to avoid this situation. What's the point of raising on the flop? As played, if I decide to call I am drawing to my FH, and some of the outs might already be in his hand (JJ etc)

Against a passive player, I am folding this. But, I'm also folding KJ to an UTG raise from a nit when I'm in the big blind.
