Ultimatebet vs PokerStars

Hi, im looking for my first site.
Im going to play THNL cash games(with low blinds) and SnG's.
I think im going to play Ultimatebet or PokerStars but i cant decide which one to choose. UB got a lot better sign up bonus but PS got a lot higher traffic.
Which one would you reccomand and why ?

ub alot looser NL games but bad costmer sevice and slow cashouts to epassporte! I had 2 pending cashouts to epassporte it would only make sense to process both at same time but they process one and the other one still pending for 3 days now. Any other site have the common sense to send both!

I know that my experience with them is rare (it seems), but I make two cashouts to epassporte/month. Usually 1-2k and they have always gone through within 24 hrs. Until this week when I put a request in early Thursday. When it hadn't hit my account 2.5 days later, I shot the cashier an email to make sure everything was cool. I got an email back in about an hour saying it would be just a few more hours. 3 hrs later, money is in.

UB has literally the worst customer service possible, their software is [censored] abysmal, pahud breaks all the [censored] time importing hands, and their focus stealing while trying to get hands is the worst. I played it for like a week but I just gave up, and their "signup bonus" will clear at very optimistically $1/hr at any tables. gg with that

like others said, don't let the bonus money UB offers sway u, it clears at a terrible rate...

I cleared a $750 bonus in less than 900 11's and 22's. Its a ghost town there for sngs now anything above that but those games are so soft. I'm probably going to put some money back on there to play cash.

Stars is better in ub in every way except in my experience it has the best players of all the online rooms
