This is a horrible idea. You would be essentially doing a guy in the ass. If you're ok with that then great.

For the record, when I first opened this thread I said to myself "That's a dude." She's not that hot. And I guarantee in person she's going to look totally different.

I don't think i could live with myself. If you can deal with the idea of waking up next to that, and the ridicule from friends if you ever told them, yeah hit it. But i could not deal with that baggage.

I really don't see what the problem is here. I mean, if you met a hot chic who had a random, non contagious, medical problem would that stop you from pursuing sexy time with her? This is the same situation. This person was born with a medical problem (in this case a mis appropriated wee wee) and that problem has been rectified (no pun intended).
