I think we are ahead of his range and I wouldn't give him credit for a flush here -- I am value/block betting the river. But i think you played it fine

I agree we are ahead.

However, I would not have played the hand this way PF. I respect limping a little more. Even tho this VPIP is 30. You have not said how many hands thats based on...

The only thing that might have you beat is something like 66 that he might limp in with.

The guy has to be extremely good to have a flush here. If you lose to a flush make a note that this guy is pro.

i don't like the raise w/ A8o. To make any real money on the hand, the villain would have to have a worse ace. You are now OOP w/ a mediocre hand that doesn't know if it's good even if you hit your A. I'd just fold and wait for a better spot.

As for the actual hand, easy value bet of river.

So we can safely say we don't need to worry about a flush. I think we're ahead and I feel kinda stupid I didn't value bet this river.
