You have nothing. The pf is just about a call although folding may be an option if you thing the hj is tight. Once you miss time to give up. You need to flop something ie gutshot, second pr, bttm pr to have a semi bluff shot at the flop board dependant and even that's thin considering the raise has come from the hj. This is not the spot to semi bluff. Observant opponents will see you do this and mercylessly 3 bet you all day and you'll lose a packet.

yes, bet/fold river.

my issue with your bluff is that you're doing it to win a small pot (and you have to succeed a high %), against a guy that will prob call you with all sorts of stuff.

no one has said anything about PF, but if the guy is a tight raiser, Id fold getting 5-1 with a psycho in the pot.
