BCAA
I am going to look to BCAA to my daily regiment of vitamins and supplements. What are some good brands and times to use it when putting it into your daily routine?

i think CT takes it between meals, some people take it peri-workout...
the people over at jpfitness seem to like it instead of a carb heavy post workout drink for people trying to lose fat... |

You don't "feel" BCAA's really... Here is a product I love. Or just drink more whey protein, high in BCAA's right there. Timing isn't that important, it's better to have continous spikes of aminos than any one certain time according to studies on protein synthesis.

I usually take 2 tablets 3 times a day when I don't work out that day and 4 times in a day when I do work out (morning, pre-workout, post, and evening).

Jah...because of being in work related areas for nearly 12 hrs a day drinkin whey really isnt that big an option. Thats why I like lookin for pills and stuff that I can take to make up for that haha
