Yes, definitely put a good sized bet out, about $15 sounds good. You are flipping coins against AQ (and not even that bad against AK), but villain could easily call with QxQs, TxTs, etc here, as well as folding hands you'd prefer not to give a free card to. He might even fold Axs fearing that he is either dominated or you have a flush draw and will make showdown too expensive when he doesn't want to commit too many chips.
