I know this is ugly. Is it okay to turn my hand into a bluff on this river, or is it unbelievable based on my flop and turn action? Do we have the best hand enough to check behind?

tough one. i would raise turn and now i guess you have to bet big on the river. i'm confused that he bet turn but not river.

turn call sucks though imo.
