they have promotions where you can redeem them for cash a couple of times a year.

if i remember correctly, it was 667 point blocks for $10 cash up to a certain limit

I don't know if you noticed or not but one pts freeroll is much better than the "players choice pts' freerolls in that it gives the same return for 1 in 10 entries as opposed to the 1 in 17 for the latter freerolls. It is called "100k special pts" and it charges 400 pts and seems to run only a few times a week.
