How to get reloads on Party, Empire and Stars?

So how do I get reloads on the above sites? I have had accounts on Stars and Party for over a year and never noticed a reload offer. Maybe I have unchecked some newsletter offer or something?

Does it matter if I have money on the sites and/or play on them? Am I more/less likely to get a reload offer then?

Wait till the reloads come by every couple of months.

It is FAR more likely that you simply never noticed the reload offers then it is that you did not receive any. All stars reloads are for everyone, and party/empire and no formula in any way for their reloads. If you simple check this forum every couple of days, you will see a nice sized thread about any party/empire/or stars reloads.
