Default NL25 - Set against calling station

Villain is a big calling station playing 50/7/.9. She calls down light and doesnt like to fold if she has any piece of the board. My image is taggish

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Party-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Button ($39.48)
SB ($19.40)
Hero ($24.40)
UTG ($30.43)
MP ($15.05)
CO ($58.50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6, 6.
1 fold</font>, MP raises to $0.5</font>, CO calls $0.50, Button calls $0.50, SB calls $0.40, Hero calls $0.25.

Flop: ($2.50) J, 9, 6 (5 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks, MP bets $0.8</font>, CO calls $0.80, Button folds, SB folds, Hero raises to $3.5</font>, MP folds, CO calls $2.70.

Turn: ($10.30) 5 (2 players)</font>
Hero checks, CO checks.

River: ($10.30) T (2 players)</font>
Hero checks, CO bets $9</font>, Hero ???

Should I have bet/fold river instead?

If she's a calling station, why aren't you betting the turn and river? If she calls with any piece, isn't it just as plausible that she has AJ, or J9 or A9 or anything other than a flush? Of course, don't stack off on the end here, but you should bet the turn, and then bet/fold the river. If the board pairs, of course, push it all in if you can.

I lead this flop unless I'm 10000000% percent sure MP will bet.

Please build a big pot.
Lead. Bet. Bet. As played I call.

I would reraise more on the flop.
Also bet TURN.The flush is a small part of his range. He could have there some random J that calls the flop .
As played call river
