Default KK on a low board

Vilain was a complete donk. He went AI on the turn against my overpairs. He had a FD both times and he hit twice. I'm quite sure this line is fine against him, but if the vilain was a TAG, would it still be fine?

Bet a little more on the flop. You have 25.55 left at this point right? If you bet $6 on the flop, pot on turn will be $19.10 and you will have $19.55... if you bet $7, it will be $21.10 and you will have $18.55. Either works fine, leaving you a psb behind to shove on the turn if called. Which is I think better. Your play looks really weird leaving yourself <$9 behind in a >$40 pot and then checking.

yeah you're not folding either way, it would be really hard for a TAG to have an 8 here, more likely a smaller overpair, and against the donk you just don't know but u got to call too, I guess I'd push for value on the river, you're not going anywhere for $8.55 and so the donk.

The flush hit, that's why I didn't bet the river...I was hoping for a check check here. But I guess if he hit, he will bet... He could try to bluff me by checking the river though.

depends on the villian but most will notice you're not going anywhere for $8, sure he can beat you but you aren't folding the river, and neither he is if he has a pair but he might check behind if that's the case.

More information would be needed against a TAG player.

However, shove all in on the turn aganst donkey here, if he will stack off with a flush draw to about a pot size bet.

Regards,
Carl

Buddy, the pot is $41 on the river. No bluffing is going to occur here. Who is going to fold for $8 when the pot will be ~$50?
