Default Pushbotting in EP

Lets say you're image had been relatively tight and it's now push/fold mode. You've changed gears over the last couple of blind levels and been very active pushing a wide range in late position and a few other times in MP. The table should be noticing that you are now pushbotting, but you have yet to get a call.

Which hands are you pushing in EP with 8-10BB left (see M example below)?

How does the fact that you have been very active change your range?

For example sake, let's say you are in the money, but not at any significant money bubble. Blinds are 1000/2000 + 100 ante and you have 18K. All stacks behind you are neither desparate or large, all playing solid poker.

What hands are you pushing at a

I'll give a shot at a range.

I open push just slightly tighter than I would open raise EP with a middling stack. So ...

UTG, UTG+1 at a 10handed table with M =5 I open shove:
77+, A8s+, AQo+, KJs+, QJs = 8% hands

UTG, UTG+1 at a 6 handed table with M = 2.5 I open shove:
77+, A2s+, AJo+, K9s+, KJo+, Q9s+, JTs = 15% hands

Theres an approximate range to start the discussion

this range seems a bit wide to me for an M of 5 at a full table. i am not open shoving A8s, KJs or QJs. I am probably also mucking KQs.

The jist of where I was going with this is situations when you've been pushing a lot without callers and pick up a hand like AT or 55 in EP 6 handed. You just know that someone has to finally pick up a hand they are gonna call you with, but the blinds are going to come around again and take a whack out of your stack.

I find myself still pushing anyway because it feels like it's a risk I'm just gonna have to take if I want to stay alive and keep some FE. I would feel more comfortable with a push if I haven't been so active because maybe I can get AJ, AQ or 66,77 to fold. But being this active, it makes it an easy call for them.

So does anyone change their pushing range based on how active you've been?

I wonder why people push bot? You're asking to get busted.

Because otherwise you are asking to be blinded out.
