Default Deep vs good regular at nl200.

Villian in this hand is JonnyCosMo, he's playing 22/19/4 over 550 hands. There is a little history, he's 3 bet me a lot this session and I've basically been giving him a lot of respect since he seems to be slightly out of control. Is this a cooler?
