2. If you are not kidding what basis do you say this, just losing/downswing? It's going to take some serious mathematical evidence to get anyone to listen to you.

3. If they are now rigged, were they always rigged? I mean, it seems like it would be hard to be legit one day and begin to impliment a "juice the system" patch without anyone knowing/going public

In all seriousness, I think that a lot of players that used to beat the games using a fixed, pragmatic "2+2 style" approach have failed to make the necessary changes for the current game texture and are now breakeven/losing players. (not saying this is necessarily true of the OP).
